Our Restaurant is open every day also to external guests and offers both the half board and the full board service for our hotel guests.
Our cuisine is rich and tasty and enhances the typical Umbrian traditions; our aim is keeping our cooking traditions alive, that is why we create courses with fresh season ingredients, plates which have an original delicious traditional taste. Our menu is different every day and it is ideal for the guests who choose the half or full board. The house specialities are fresh pasta (tagliatelle and strangozzi) and grilled meat.
We offer both typical Umbrian dishes and classical dishes: Umbrian food and wines are of very high quality and among the best of Italy.

The restaurant has several dining rooms.
